At Organon Research Scotland we will use recruitment agencies as a source of quality candidates for selected vacancies.
 
We wish to maintain a professional relationship with reputable agencies and for your reference we have produced some guidelines that we expect agency colleagues will adhere to:

• No cold calling
• Please respond only to our current requirements as displayed on our
  vacancy pages 
• Please only send us CVs that are directly relevant to currently advertised vacancies
• We do not hold face to face meetings with agency suppliers unless at our specific request. We judge your performance on the quality of CVs sent in response to advertised requirements
• We will provide feedback on submitted CVs in as timely a manner as  
  possible, it is not necessary to contact us to enquire on progress of your CVs
• Our vacancies may only be advertised on your internet site or in your media adverts after express permission from ourselves and approval of the copy has been granted
• Your terms of business must be provided to us before any CVs are
  submitted by your agency
  

We very much value the service provided to us by our recruitment agencies.  We hope that the good relationships we have with them continue, we only ask that the above guidelines be adhered to.
